  • Keurig is spreading falsehoods and misrepresentations about Club’s products that say our products are defective, liable to damage Keurig brewers and using our soft pods voids the warranties on their brewers. These claims are all untrue. We are taking legal action to defend ourselves against these falsehoods.

  • Keurig say their 2.0 brewers will only take their pods. That is not the case. Our new pods work in their brewers. We are taking legal action to fight back against Keurig’s abuse of dominance and their misrepresentations in the marketplace.

  • Keurig is asking retailers to sign exclusive deals because they claim to have “proprietary technology” that would lock out other pods. That is not the case. They are simply using different inks on top of those pods.
